When an item is skipped, some records have unexpected differences with regards to others from the same subject. Specifically, days_in_nl and days_in_school deviate from other records from the same subject. In addition, some fields (date_of_birth, class, native_language) are (unexpectedly?) empty.

Certainly sounds like a bug!
