Create a table that defines the variable names for all watershed attributes.

Most of these variables are already defined in . We can copy that table as a starting point. The next steps are:

1. Add other variables to the table
2. Remove columns that are unnecessary for the description key
3. Add a short, easy to understand description of each variable that can be used in plots
