Create a general makefile to re-create gold files for the tests.
Currently there are:

Would be nice to replace this with a Makefile and different target for each of the two types.

Gold bonus:

  • Run this inside the docker to ensure identical re-creation among contributors

Adding documentation to the README would also be beneficial.
