UPBGE 0.3 cant go back to Previous scene

Good afternoon
I have a small issue on my mini game
I have a start up scene,then a HUB scne then 3 levels each contained in thier own scenes, i can port to levels 1,2,3 no problem, but i cant go back to my hub,nor any of the previous levels
It does port me there but the camera breaks (unfollows my charter, also cam movement does not work,)
The chareter however can move about freely
