Create a gazebo-combatable URDF of our comm startion.
We need to design and CAD our station, but we can use a simple URDF/simple cad for the time being.
Make sure to define a link for the GNSS sensor. - we do not know how to do this yet, but I am guessing it can be done with a gazebo plugin.
