Support open source buy out

As I have a strong preference for open source, allow the community to buy out this project to make it open source, by setting a threshold and expiry date.

• allow investors to simultaneously invest and allocate to the open source buy out. If the open source buyout is reached, the investment will be converted as a part of the buyout, if the threshold is not reached, the investment will function as an investment. This would imply the investment funds remain locked up until the open source buy out expiry date.
