License of 2006scape

There are two entries for 2006scape that I combine just now and they are marked with incompatible licenses GPL-3.0 and 2-clause BSD. It might be that it was BSD (which is more generous) and become GPL at some point (the other way around (becoming more permissive is typically not possible without consent of all authors)). Or I made a mistake. Now it seems to be GPL. Check the history.
