An easy fix that can be implemented is to redesign just the Disclaimer, as it is the most visually unbalanced element on the page.
But generally speaking, the whole page needs a little bit of our attention.

I'm not sure if we have the capacity within the team to do this work, but it shouldn't be difficult or expensive to outsource a redesign of the page.

The Disclaimer makes users feel like illegal things happen on Tribler
