MIUI Optimizations forces BatterySaver onto TrackerControl.

Do you use TrackerControl from Google Play/F-Droid/other?

Describe the bug
-> Usually, if app needs Battery Optimization disabled, it works fine. That, however, is not the case with Tracker Control. If you try to turn off Battery Saver for TC on Xiaomi phone, it forces itself back to Battery Saver once you exit the menu as shown in attachment. I apologize if this is Xiaomi's fault(Most likely) but I wasn't able to find any other workarounds except turning off MIUI Battery Optimizations for the whole phone, which causes really noticeable battery burden.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
0. Make sure TrackerControl is ON.

1. Go to Apps - > Manage Apps -> Tracker Control
2. Click on Battery Saver
3. Set To "No restrictions"
4. Leave menu
5. Enter once again to see "Battery Saver(recommended)" turned on.
