We should run the tests for every PR / Release on Travis (or similar).

We should probably target Azure since Gaffer is going that way as well.

Or we could consider GitHub Actions, its free for open source projects. But the @Toolchefs org would need to signup for the beta in order to do that.

@iaiotom would you be able to enable the Azure Pipelines GitHub App (done under the Toolchefs -> Settings -> Installed GitHub Apps menu) and give it permissions for atomsGaffer? If so, then I can look at getting the necessary azure-pipelines.yml setup.
