User Story

As a manager
In order to restrict who can create new orders, timeslots and customers
I must authenticate to access the UI or use the API

Acceptance

Master login/password chosen on installation
Must present a valid auth token to all API methods
Can do nothing if not authenticated first
Authentication token expires after 1 day
