Caching single shot prompt in more detail

It looks like there are 2 types of caching in sgpt.

1. CHAT_CACHE_PATH which stores the complete conversation in a manner that it can be stopped and restarted
2. CACHE_PATH that stores information from single shot prompts. These I presume can be useful when users ask the same question again and dont have the --no-cache flag. However, I noticed that sgpt only stores the response and not the question in this use case.

I have 2 questions:

1. Is there anything that is not logged/cached by any of the above 2 methods?
2. Is there a reason behind not storing the question in the second method mentioned above? It can serve as a more complete logging mechanism. While I understand this might not have been the original scope of capturing the information, it seems like an obvious place to meet that requirement.
