support tab jumping

What issue are you having that you need harpoon to solve?
currently I use tabs instead of buffers.
for me tabs and buffers are one to one mapping.
but when I use harpoon, it overwrites current window when I what to jump to a buffer using harpoon.
Is it possible to jump to the tab if there instead of overwriting current window when the buffer was already opened in a tab?
Why doesn't the current config help?

What proposed api changes are you suggesting?
