Updating the portable version

Describe the bug
The portable version of CCA is attempting to update itself to the installed version.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Microsoft Windows 10.0.19045.4717
• Version 3.5.1

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run CCA 3.5.1
2. Select Install update from the menu
3. In the window "Install Updates. 3.5.3 has been downloaded. The application will be closed to install the update" click OK.
4. Receive a request for administrative rights to install the application.

Expected behavior
The application updates itself to a portable version that does not require administrative rights for installation (unpacking) and launch. Ideally, the same way Telegram Desktop Portable does it.

Or the application should download the archive of the portable version and offer the user to unpack the files themselves with overwriting. (SAS.Planet' way)

As a last resort, open a browser window with a web page where you need to select a file and download it (Picpick' way).
