Color Picker nor working when Windows DPI is 175%

Describe the bug
When I set the DPI in Windows 10 to 175% an afterwards start the CCA, the color picker is not working (the loupe shows different colors, than the cursor position).

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10, Version 22H2 (Build 19045.4291)
• Screen Resolution: WQHD (2560 x 1440)
• Version 3.5.3 x64 Portable

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Set DPI in Windows to 175% (I have not tested 125% or 150%).
• Start CCA
• Use the color picker

Expected behavior
The color picker shows the correct colors (like in 100% DPI)
