The list we have now is a good starting point but I think it's important to ensure that the list is maintained and we have a good understanding of the items on it. To get this started I suggest the following

• Assign maintainers
• The maintainers perform maintenance/triage of the list every other month or so
• The maintainers have to review (audit) submissions to ensure a certain quality of the items on the list. This might lead to a pretty significant work load. Instead there could be some sort of verified, approved, or endorsed badge that calls out items on the list that are "endorsed" by the group.
