这个功能解决了什么问题

一些空数据或无数据时候展示的组件，虽然很简单开发者可以自己做，但是如果UI库能自带那也挺不错的。

你建议的方案是什么

elementui有el-empty
ant有empty

tdesign不能加一个t-empty吗？
