This is a bit hard to describe so please bear with me.
I'm testing my app on different phones and noticed that the same content shows on everything from an iPhone 5s to an iPhone 6s Plus; in other words, the plugin seems to be scaling up the app to the same size on each phone. See the attached screenshots.
I rebuilt the app using the official WKWebview plugin and now much more content appears on larger phones. But external links don't open which is a non-starter. So I'm back to this plugin and want to know if there is something I'm doing wrong or if this is the intended behaviour
This is on an iPhone 5s.
This is an iPhone 6s. The whole view appears to be just scaled up.
This is an iPhone 6s Plus with the official WKWebview plugin. Note the extra screen real estate.

I use Adobe's PhoneGap Build so I don't have a local platforms/ios folder. I've uploaded the zipped config.xml and associated html files if that will help.
I can also try updating the Cordova installation on my local machine if necessary.
