[BUG] Changing speed mode in a course

Describe the problem

If I enter a course with an M mod, and the course has an X mod, this weird scrunching of all the arrows happens at once.

Example course:

#COURSE:Example
#SONG:Dance Dance Revolution EXTREME (AC) (Japan)\L'amour et la liberte(DDR Ver.):Hard:1x:nodifficult;

If I play this course, but I am set at, say, M500, this is what happens.

Describe what should happen

Because this mod is throughout the song, it should auto-override the M mod. This happens even if I do, say 10000* 1x or any other attempts to remediate this. Does not happen if I start the course with a C mod or an X mod.

As an added note, this happens in LTS 4 and alpha 5. It does NOT happen in SM5.1
