Active items that are in your pocket active slot do not get discharged when used #555

This vanilla bug affects mods that give you pocket active items.
For example, the Fiend Folio item Clear Case would benefit from this bug being fixed, as that item turns the next active item you pick up into a pocket active.

People who want to make held pocket actives would benefit greatly from this being fixed.

Vanilla items that are affected:

  • Bob's Rotten Head
  • Shoop Da Whoop
  • Blue Candle
  • Red Candle
  • Boomerang
  • Friend Ball
  • Glass Cannon / Broken Glass Cannon
  • Black Hole
  • Sharp Key
  • Eraser

The issue here is not only that pocket items do not get discharged but that these particular items only discharghe the main active item. For example, if you have shoop da whoop in your pocket and D6 on main then you fire yah lazer....your D6 charges are gone. So its way worse of an issue than described.
