Glitchy behaviour on Windows

I have SuperTux 0.4.0, r6694-fixed level editor, Windows 7 64bit and the level editor glitches up so much that I can't even use the level editor. It's hard to explain so I made a screen capture (GitHub doesn't accept mp4 so the mp4 is in the .zip file).

Try to downgrade Mono to version 1.2.5 or so, this should work. I know, this isn't a solution, but if you just want to use the editor, it should be enough. However, this editor is going to be left, so don't expect a fix in a reasonable time.

Thanks, the level editor now works properly.
