Icy Island: naming scheme that supports non-linearity #34

Since the introduction of "A Fork in the Road", Icy Island is not a linear worldmap anymore. As such it does not make any sense to keep the level numbers in the file names.

What about removing the number and lowercasing the titles and replacing spaces by underscores?

Lowercasing? levels/world2/ doesn't do this in most places. I simply suggest removing the number - prefix and replacing the spaces with underscores (even though most FS support filenames with spaces these days).

Could this mess up saved progress though?

It will. That's why this will wait for the release containing all the new Forest improvements (the worldmaps will be hopefully merged then so we'll mess up a little bit anyway).
