Validation and Email Verification

User Story: As an nCoordinator, I want to see appropriate error messages when I raise need, so that I can correct the data entered.
As a Volunteer, I want to see appropriate error messages when I register myself, so that I can correct the data entered.

Tasks:

• Validations to be done while raising the need. All the mandatory fields to be validated.
• Validations to be done in user registration page.
• Email Id of Volunteer to be verified with OTP
