Github import support

This version introduces Github import support.

This means that you now can get the deck from Github simply by entering username and repository name in the corresponding menu (File>"CrowdAnki: Import from Github").

So, for example, to get my git deck you would need to enter Stvad/Software_Engineering__git.

Other

This version also includes minor bugfixes and introduces CI via Travis into the development process.
