[Bug]: Get in Touch Form User Response

Describe the bug

Currently, when users submit a message in the "Get in Touch" contact form, there is no feedback provided to signal to the user that the form with their details was submitted after clicking the "Send message" button. It would be helpful to include a popup or redirect to a secondary page stating that message was sent successfully.

To Reproduce

1. Go to 'Get in Touch'. Fill in Full Name, Email, Message
2. Click on 'Send Message'

Expected behavior

Toast message or pop up to notify user of message sent successfully.
