Build project

1. Before all, make sure that PostgreSQL has installed in yours machine

2. Fork that project.

3. Create sql-tables (scripts may be found by next path /src/main/resources/schemes/tables.sql)

p.s. create application.properties and hibernate.cfg.xml in resources directory, fill it by yours data
