【bug】Play two notes quickly and only one notes is pronouncing

Quickly repeating two notes on the iOS system will result in one note not being played and only the sound of one note being produced。
The user told me maybe that double-clicking will beconsidered as zooming in by the IOS system.

For the first one, I'm not sure what I could do to fix it, iOS is a really really really bad target, safari is incredibly bad and full of bugs.

For the second one maybe I have a solution I can find, but I need someone to test the fix
