[FR] Resume music play when reconnected to Bluetooth device

Describe your suggested feature

When playing music connected to a bluetooth device(car or headphones) if the bluetooth device is disconnected and then reconnected, the app should resume playing music.

One usecase is when driving and listening to music, if one stops the car for an errand and turns the car back to continue driving, the music player should resume on the last music track that was playing

I feel like this would be useful but not enabled by default. So I can implement this disabled by default and add an entry in the settings menu to enable it.

Sounds good! - that is the way other players like AIMP do it, they have a switch to resume playback when bluetooth device connects.
