Medium Shield on an omni mech modifies the reported speed for every variant. #322

I was looking at the CN11-O Centurion Omnimech and I noticed that variants without a shield were showing as being 4/6 instead of 5/8 and noticed if I remove the medium shield from the D variant it fixes the speed for all the variants.
