Update Overview page in the Quickstart for SPCS

Describe the bug
Please update the first page (Overview) of the SPCS Quickstart where it says:
".. as well as creating the OAuth Security Integration" as this is no longer required.

Expected behavior
Remove this from the "Overview" page: ".. as well as creating the OAuth Security Integration".

As per these JIRAs, creating a security integration is not necessary for SPCS setup: SNOW-1478469 and SNOW-1527720
