I think that Outlook has changed they way they do this since the instructions have been written. They are now "events" instead of "appointments", and once you make them, dragging them to my desktop didn't work for me. I was able to copy the list of email addresses from the csv that I downloaded from eventbrite and paste it into the field for inviting people to my event, so that wasn't a huge deal. Then I could just add the relevant instructors and helpers and send it out that way. I still wrote a separate email with details, so I only included zoom information in the "details" section of the event (and also included more complete zoom information in the separate email, in case people connect in more unusual ways).
