Add a section on exporting Zoom participants

(So that you don't have to manually do attendance and/or cross-compare with the icebreaker in EtherPad)

1. Sign in at https://smithsonian.zoom.us/
2. Click on the Reports button on the left-hand side
3. Click on Usage under Usage Reports
4. If you get the date range right, you should see the meeting listed below.
5. Scroll to the right in the table, and you should see a Participants column with a number link.
6. Click on that link, and it will open up another table with all participants.
7. Click on the Export button to download a CSV file of the participants.
