Emailing SI-all (and other announcements)

I could not for the life of me find the link to send out the announcement for the workshop to the entire SI community. But it actually does exist in the handbook! I think the issue was that I am organizing an online workshop, and it is embedded in the pre-workshop checklist, the vast majority of which is only relevant to an in-person workshop. So I read through it once, and never went back to it in any meaningful way.

I think it would be super helpful to have the relevant email addresses for each different kind of announcement over in the email templates section (maybe in addition to leaving them where they are?). I found this to be one of the most confusing parts of workshop organizing (so far), so clearly laying out which announcement emails go to which addresses (and in some cases from which addresses) would be great.
