For blue_carbon_data_inventory:

  • For wetland_area_summary.R and data_inventory_analysis.R scripts, the comments included in the code were robust, efficient, and easy to follow.
  • For bcdi_report.RMD, the 2022 Report Card (Line 75-115), 2023 Report Card (Line 161-199), Metric Score Overview (Line 27-306), Quantity (Line 468-489), Quality (Line 490-511), Spatial Coverage (Line 512-533), and Habitat Coverage (Line 534-556) chunks of code could use further annotations explaining what is being executed. Some long portions of code within these scripts could use further clarification and direction for the outside eye.
  • For bcdi_functions.R, the Quantity (Line 6-29) and Quality (Line 30-56) chunks of code could use further annotations explaining what is being executed. Some long portions of code within these scripts could use further clarification and direction for the outside eye.

For carbon_accumulation_rates:

  • For the first 10 R scripts, the comments included in the code were robust, efficient, and easy to follow.
  • For files 11_cs137_carbon_accumulation_calcs.R, 12_method_intercomparisons.R, and 13_state_level_emissions_factors.R consider including more substantial annotations within the code to help promote reproducibility of the analyses. Some long portions of code within these scripts could use further clarification and direction for the outside eye.

For coastal_wetland_nggi:

  • No RQS comments for these three scripts.
