Chisel and Bits Rendering Events Broken (Forge/NeoForge)

Describe the bug

Any hitboxes rendered by Chisel and Bits mod, will not render if the Forgified Fabric API is installed.

Steps to reproduce

Chisels and Bits Mod:

Version Used: 1.20.1
Mod Loaders Tested: NeoForge and Latest Forge Stable
Mods Installed: Chisel and Bits and Forgified Fabric API

1. Launch a World
2. Get a C&B Chisel
3. Hover over a block
4. No Overlay will render, which is unintended
