PU 是测序数据的一个唯一标识，可以起到区分不同测序lane的作用，它一般可以用 FollowCell 的编号信息+lane 信息+样本barcode或者样本ID。最好是有，一般在测序下机数据的命名里面可以看出来，如果实在没有，那也可以自己为每一个lane的测序数据编一个唯一的编码。
