First and foremost, I want to take a moment to express my admiration for the remarkable work you've put into the Polaris viz library. It's truly impressive and inspiring!
I have a question regarding the license terms:
"In the case of external, stand-alone applications that do not embed directly inside Shopify, the rights granted above may only be exercised to develop and distribute applications that are dissimilar and visually distinct from Shopify products and services (including the internal administration page of a Shopify merchant store), as determined by Shopify in its sole discretion."
I am planning to integrate this library to present analytics data derived from our services to our customers. While my company operates within the web space, it's crucial to emphasize that it is distinct from what Shopify offers (we do not deal with e-commerce merchants or physical goods; our focus is solely on virtual assets/services). Additionally, we intend to personalize the usage of the library by leveraging theme configuration, which includes aspects such as color palettes and fonts.
Given these considerations, would it be permissible to utilize the Polaris library under these conditions?
Thanks!
