Public API documentation suggests tracking url is present in the response from
GET /v1/tracking?carrier_code=stamps_com&tracking_number=9405511899223197428490 HTTP/1.1

However, this field appears to be missing from the TrackByCarrierCodeAndTrackingNumberResult exported interface.
