Add meteor

Note for development, need to ensure that meteor doesn't break player placed blocks

Or, have a sort of summoning circle that the player can summon it at where it will land within that area guaranteed. Add a tool tip to the meteor incantation to use it in a summoning circle.

Can model a neat looking meteor that actually travels through sky from far away.

Change sky color while event is happening.
