Error message when submitting order but everything seems to be working as it should #1218

One user got the following error message when submitting the following order:
https://ngisweden.scilifelab.se/orders/order/NGI15448

The order seems to have been submitted successfully and I can't find any details in the log suggesting what could have caused the error:

Error: disallowed status transition
