Feat: Banner Image Editing

What feature?

The dummy image for profile banner is not working properly and when trying to change the image it would be better if we could provide the user editing option like moving scaling cropping etc

Note:- Issue is open to take as per (First come first serve bases) Define in comments how you will solve the described bug!
