优化 URL #117

目前所有 URL 都有个 # 插在路径中间，如 https://sustech-application.com/#/grad-application/microelectronics/[US]-19-huangguanchao

暂时不清楚是什么造成的，但这没任何意义，最好进行调整。

修改之后也要设置一个重定向，好向前兼容老链接
