misleading error message for empty directory #279

Describe the bug
If you try to process an empty directory the error message you get is relating to the number of chunks:

RuntimeError: Number of chunks exceeds more than half the number of files to process. Use less chunks.

To Reproduce
run pyopia process on an empty directory

Expected behavior
A runtime error that says no raw data found
