LArG4 legacy fcl files should be removed because the new G4 simulation has been fully adopted and used for quite some time.

If we want to keep them, legacy_detsim_sbnd.fcl fails because CRTSlimmer process needs to be removed, as pointed out on PR #499. Other fcls probably need to be checked as well.
