I can see specially on this commit: 7d38700

Several PHP CMSs and such still need to be run in PHP 5.3, and those constants are only present in PHP 5.4

I noticed this too and filed a pull request to fix before I saw your comment - not sure if it's the way Rustici will want the patch but it removes the warning.
