I want to add more useful links for beginners who are maybe hesitant or shy to initiate contact with one of the mentors so they can still get their teeth into something.

I know @dtolnay has a few good repos as well

A lot of this is probably covered by the two lists I already included. But I want to find some primo resources to give them extra visibility. In my experience learning-rust and awesome-rust can be a bit overwhelming with their vast set of options.
