Clean up adverse events or get rid of them

I was looking at has_adverse_events for a couple of drugs (risperidone and haloperidol) and we have something like 400 and 600 adverse events for them. That's not helpful for anything. We either need (1) a better source (2) better filtering or (3) remove them entirely
