This issue is to suggest that we extend ROBOKOP to support multi-CURIE queries, with both AND and OR operations available. You all likely are planning this as part of the Translator work, but we will need to modify the UI to support it. This capability will facilitate our work on several use cases, but especially ROBOKOPQ8 (undiagnosed rare neuromuscular syndrome) and ROBOKOPQ20 (UDN, environmental determinants/triggers).

Related to #209 . That may be a duplicate of this, or there may be a bit more to this one.

This issue is pretty much the same as #209, except that it specifically suggests AND and OR operations.
