Put it in:

RC RIPT Project entry per layer
in scratch\scratch.gpkg\[type]\layer for vector files and scratch\[type]\layer.tif for geotiff rasters
if coming from Riverscapes project (registered in RiverscapesXML|

Can you guys close this out, decide exactly where and what to do and either convert this to @KellyMWhitehead or @nick4rivers assignment to implement, or make a new issue to do that?
