RAP Analysis Tool

I would like to propose adding a new Analysis Type that is based on our Riverscape Sampling Frame (i.e. directional mask) and pinging an external API (a little different application then the StreamStats). I posed this a long time ago as a Riverscapes Context/Tools request: Riverscapes/riverscapes-tools#259. I think that actually QRiS is an even better starting place for it.

@philipbaileynar what you need is a geoJSON of a polygon(s) where you want to summarize their time series. The plots on the right are what you get:

The RAP API may or may not be available any more. They may have switched it to GEE.
